Bouillon Des Colonies

|
| International Restaurant |
| The brand new Bouillon des Colonies, is in the Sorbonne district of Paris in the same building as the much older Bouillon Racing. The founder Luc Morand, has let his imagination run wild with exotic colours, tastes, music and décor inspired by the old French colonies. In a gently lit atmosphere ambiances from Africa and Asia are juxtaposed giving you the chance to travel from the Mediterranean to the Congo or along the Mekong. Among the dishes on offer you’ll discover the Saigon soup, the East African platter or the chicken tajine with lemons and olives as well as dishes from Vietnam and other far flung destinations linked to French history. |
