| The Café Moderne in Paris’ Rue Notre Dame des Victoires has been recently resurrected by three passionate foodies. Frédéric Hubig and Sébastian Maréchal and in charge of front of house making a lively and welcoming restaurant while Jean-Luc Lefrançoise gets creative in the kitchen. The cuisine is modern and inventive; the 30 Euros lunch menu (Midadd 30) and the 39 Euros dinner menu (l’Instinct Moderne) over a great selection for French food lovers. The dinner menu has 5 courses all inspired by current trends. The wine list is particularly well chosen and great for amateur connoisseurs. |
