| In the 6th arrondissement of Paris, the Poulat family (Catherine and her two sons Julien and David) provide a stylish setting in cream and chocolate colours and a gastronomic voyage to warmer climes using the freshest market produce. For starters try the creamy mashed potatoes with cumin fried foie gras or octopus salad with warm potatoes. The wild royal prawns with Provencal risotto or the fillet of sea bass with beurre blanc and carrots are great main courses. As for dessert, indulge in a seasonal fruit clafoutis on the beautiful terrace overlooking the St Germain market.
