A decidedly feminine restaurant with two female owners, Florence and Isabella (ex Venezuelan journalist and now chef). Eat Intuition, situated in Faubourg Saint-Antoine , serves up a superb taster menu each evening in a unique ambience.
The restaurant offers a great a la carte menu accompanied by some exclusive wines. The ambience is coy and friendly and is dedicated to visual art with various exhibitions on display. The food is influenced by the flavours of Asia and Venezuela with dishes such as foie gras with cranberries, cashew crumble, carpaccio of scallops and grapefruit, duck pastrami, wild sea bass, black pudding purée and creamy white chocolate pistachios and the wine features excellent choices such as the Marie Pierre Larochette and the Pouilly-Fuissé du Domaine. |
