| La Bastide d’Opio is in the famous district of Saint Germain des Près. The restaurant is provençal with an emphasis on light healthy food. You can almost smell the lavendar fields of Provence and hear the crickets without ever having to leave Paris. All the dishes are cooked using traditional provençal methods with olive oil and the freshest of produce.
