It is French cooking with an international flavour, following in the footsteps of Marco Polo, Christopher columbus and many others by finding novel and new uses for spices. Try the filet mignon with 5 spice spinach side dish, the slab of beef grilled with liquorice, or the salmon roasted with cajun spices. |
