| La Maison Georgienne (the Georgian House), is in the bohemian quarter of Saint Germain des Près in the Paris’ 6th district. It as received great reviews in various French Magazines and is a wonderful place to discover the Georgian culture and cuisine. The décor on all three floors of the restaurant is sumptuous, it varies from floor to floor and will take you on a journey to Georgia. The chef, Autandil Zedginidze is well known in Georgia. The menu is a refined selection of traditional dishes and every meal starts with Katchapuri, a sort of traditional pancake made with Georgian cheese. Coriander, basil and many other herbs give rich flavours to the main courses and these can be accompagnied by a good selection of Georgian wines. Relax in the elegant surroundings and listen to the relaxing folk music as you discover traditional Georgian food! |
