| La Passerelle is a new restaurant located at no. 6 rue Mabillon in Paris’ 6th arrondissement. Based in the heart of St Germain des Prés and easily accessed from the Mabillon, Odeon and St Germain de Prés metro stations, the restaurant is a zen like space with cool contemporary décor. Head Chef Massima produces an innovative French cuisine using many rustic ingredients in a menu which features dishes such as crab meat fritters with avocado tartare or escalope of foie gras with onion jam to start with followed by scallops with chilli or cod fillet with tapenade and for meat lovers a delicious rack of lamb with thyme, Rossini tournedos with truffle juice or a 1kg beef chop. Desserts are equally as good such as seasonal fruits or sweet coffee with homemade truffles. You simply cannot go to St Germain des Prés without a trip to La Passerelle. |
