| Located along the famous rue de Lappe in the heart of the bustling Bastille is the restaurant and cocktail bar La Pirada where a taste of Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga can be found and each night is a Spanish celebration. Enjoy Latin music (salsa, merengue and flamenco), exotic cocktails and typical Spanish flavours. The menu features the inimitable and traditional paella and the signature dishes of meat and fish mixed grill and garlic prawns. There is a great selection of tapas including grilled squid, Serrano ham and Spanish omelette, perfect to accompany a cocktail or two. The walls are covered in colourful paintings of Spanish dancers and the Latin music gives the place a real Spanish vibe. During the week in autumn and winter you can catch flamenco and Latin music concerts and at the weekends the resident DJ’s mix up funky salsa, merengue and Spanish pop music. |
