| The Le Carré restaurant is found in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, close to the Madeleine and opposite the St Augustin church. The setting is elegant and contemporary and there is a lovely sunny terrace. The team offers a creative menu full of original flavours yet with a traditional touch and an excellent wine list. Enjoy dishes such as carpaccio of monkfish with saffron, fennel salad with smoked tuna chips, cod with chorizo and sautéed spinach and for dessert delightful small pots of crème brulée with 3 flavours-coconut, coffee and Madagascan vanilla. |
