| Thierry Burlot’s Le Quinze is in the Monparnasse area of Paris. This is a well loved destination for French gourmet food lovers. The setting is warm and chic, a large wall covered in gold leaves lights up the main dining area. The cuisine is a healthy mix of traditional French cooking and more exotic influences. The modern menu changes every month, there is lots of fish as well as tasting menus including truffles, langoustine, ?milk? lamb shoulder roasted with mint and cumin. The main dining area has a retro feel to it and there is also a VIP corner secluded by glass panels. At Le Quinze, you don?t just get to appreciate the chef’s great cooking, but also his photographic works which adorn the restaurant walls. |
