| The Zimmer is a well known Parisien brasserie, it is a magical place full of history. Redecorated in 2000 by the famous interior designer Jacques Garcia who took the time to do meticulous research on the history of the building and restor some of its authenticity. The Zimmer is with out a doubt one of the nicest restaurants in the Chatelet area. Traditional and contemporary cuisine is produced by the ched Fabrice Cornée and the prices are reasonable. You can also just drop in for a glass of wine, a coffee or a snack. Ideally within the theatre building on the Place du Châtelet the Zimmer is open from 8 am to 1.30 am every day. |
