Les Débats

French Restaurant
Situated on the prestigious Place Victor Hugo right next to the Champs Elysees, L’Etoile and the Trocadero, the Les Debats restaurant is spread over two floors and has a décor reminiscent of the interior of a cruise ship.

The creation of Dominique Bellugeon, a former fish merchant for the most respected tables of Paris, Les Debats is a lively restaurant. On the ground floor, the lounge is a vibrant space boasting a huge terrace overlooking the fountain and on the first floor you’ll find the gourmet restaurant, offering a more subdued and discreet ambience.

Tuck into an amazing fish and seafood menu full of the freshest, most delicious produce personally selected by Bellugeon. Enjoy tartar of langoustines with truffled pearls followed by braised cod with fresh creamed peas and round off with the famous chocolate tart. The wine list is excellent and pairs perfectly with the menu.

The restaurant is an exceptional space for any meal, both for business or pleasure, offering private rooms for more intimacy and a bar area for drinks as well as a personalised service for private events.
