The name of the restaurant translates as Mummy’s Boys and the 4 managers invite their mums in once a month to cook their specialities. The chef the rest of the time is Etienne Liberge trained by Michel Rostang. He takes family recipes and adds his own touch of creativity and modernity. The restaurant regularly holds theme evenings during the week such as wine tasting and barbeque evenings. |
