| The Les Truffes Folies restaurants is a warm and inviting space and can be found in Paris’ 7th arrondissement, just steps away from the Invalides L’Esplanade. As the name suggests, the restaurant specialises in the truffle, all of which have been chosen with care and passion. Indulge in dishes such as vegetable terrine with tomato and truffle concasse; black truffle omelette with crispy rocket or Lyon sausage with truffles and pistachios. The –Black Diamond†is omnipresent and even features on the dessert menu in dishes such as crème brulée with truffles or Quemada of Panna Cotta with truffles. |
