| A true pleasure for the senses, Livingstone’s cuisine is authentically cooked by Thai chefs, who serve up meals that are a mix of colours and delicious flavours. The chefs are inspired by cooking from China, India and Burma, and know how to create recipes to surprise any palate. The restaurant is decorated in a Neo-Colonial style with Afro-Asiatic art, leopard skin, Cubist tables, hunting trophies and other mementos from exotic locations. On the menu, you will find spicy meat and fish dishes that have been cooked in a wok, steamed or wrapped in banana leaves, for truly exciting dining. The tastes and wonderful aromas of this culinary experience are courtesy of Deng and Somsak Somphong, a Thai couple always in search of subtle and innovative taste combinations to complement the extensive lists of wines from around the world. |
