The warm and colourful setting is the backdrop for Chef Eric Brujan’s original recipes which have been inspired by his travels. Everything here, from the food to the décor is a true journey for the senses. The décor is rich and harmonious and has taken inspiration form both Africa and Asia. The food is both daring and bold. Enjoy the Jazzy Brunch every Sunday between 12.30pm and 3pm where you can indulge in fish antipasti, smoked salmon, sushi and sashimi, a variety of tapenades, grilled southern vegetables and numerous salads. The hot buffet offers original dishes of fish and meats all cooked with tasty spices from around the world. And to finish off there is a large selection of cheeses and desserts. The terrace is the perfect place for beautiful warm days. |
