| French Restaurant |
| Séraphin in Paris’ 6th district in the well know quarter of Saint Germain de Près, sets out to recreate the atmosphere of an old fashioned delicatessen. The food represents France’s past and future, mixing old recipes with modern ideas. Try the carrot and cumin mousse followed by a tuna steak flavoured with sesame and accompanied by tagliatelle and courgettes. Unlike the food the décor and atmosphere is resolutely old fashioned. Wooden furnishing and old objects from delicatessens are scattered throughout. Huge bay windows make the restaurant light and pleasant. |
