| TUGALIK opened in 2008 and is aimed at the foody diner who is also watching their figure. The restaurant is superbly located near the Pantheon, the Sorbonne and the famous Luxembourg gardens in Paris. The menu is a joint effort between the chef and a nutrition expert to produce tasty dishes that are also healthy and balanced. Many of the products are organic with low levels of fat and salt. In the evening TUGALIK becomes a cosy restaurant ideal for dinner for two or for a small gathering of friends. There are some very original aperitif drinks and starters such as kir with cinnammon and ginger and vegetarian tapas (grilled vegetables, coconut rice sushi, glazed onions). The wine menu is entirely organic. |
